Upload drag-drop action makes frame glitch-out

**Describe the bug**

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. go to upload
2. upload a pdf
3. drag it anywhere
4. voila

**Expected behavior**
single file should not be draggable at all
