Expand faculty name on hover

When you create tt and on the right faculty names are displayed you can't see full faculty name

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Maybe display a tooltip with faculty name? Or make the ... clickable and open a dialog?

**Additional context**

Reproduce the timetable creation view and locate where the faculty names on the right are rendered. Confirm the truncation shown in the issue image, then make the full name discoverable on hover or through the chosen interaction and verify it in that view.
