Also:
- Add the API docs in the README.
- Delete `.vs` and `.vscode`.

首先盘点现有的 backend，并检查 repository 的内容，包括 `.vs` 和 `.vscode`。阅读 README，并确定需要添加的 API 文档；完成的标准是替换过时的 backend、删除这些目录，并在 README 中记录 API。
