Inject a [figlet](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FIGlet) to the start of all HTML files in your repository using pre-commit hooks.

首先檢查 .github 資料夾中的 .yaml 檔案和儲存庫的 HTML 檔案，以了解現有的 hook 設定和檔案配置。當 pre-commit hook 在每個 HTML 檔案的開頭注入所要求的 figlet，且 hook 設定存在於 .github 中時，工作即完成。
