[jdbc-v2,client-v2] Configuration in migration guide should be clear

## Description

Today in the migration guide we have a confusing structure - all properties are listed in client part and there is only reference to it from JDBC doc. As many users work with JDBC we need to duplicate this information to JDBC.
Sections of configuration parameters are made in tabbed view. It is hard to find needed property.

Start by locating the migration guide's client and JDBC configuration sections. Compare the existing client properties with the JDBC documentation, then review how the tabbed configuration sections are organized. Done means JDBC users can find the relevant configuration directly and the property sections are easier to navigate.
