Description

Reticketed from https://github.com/CivicTechTO/codeacross.ca/issues/31

What do you think @mouhtasi -- should our Toronto page be here on GitHub Pages, or on the Wordpress website? Honestly, my personal vote is for here (at codeacross.ca/toronto), since this seems more accessible to update than our wordpress website, and the code is version-controlled on GitHub, which is nice :) Thoughts?

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Jekyll-based site and its GitHub Pages setup, then compare the proposed /toronto location with the existing WordPress site. Done requires a decision on hosting and a defined Toronto-specific sub-page, but the issue currently supplies no content, file, or test details.
