### Description of the problem

When i check logs, i receive below errors/warnings. And when i check my node stats on azero.live, i see 3/18 rate.

Iniziare esaminando l'allegato AzeroLogs.txt insieme alla configurazione segnalata del validatore della mainnet r-13.4 e ai ripetuti avvisi db::pin. Determinare se l'eviction della cache dei blocchi bloccati è prevista e se influisce sullo stato del nodo o sulla percentuale 3/18 segnalata; documentare la causa e una risoluzione verificata.
