Utilize cultural context for flagging

Currently, TakeTwo does not take into account of where the media content is coming from ie. whether it is from United States or if it is from India. As some phrases or expressions could be perceived as racially biased in some cultural contexts and not in others, it would be interesting to see how to incorporate that in TakeTwo.

Start by reviewing TakeTwo's existing media-content flagging entry points and how the source of content is represented. Define which cultural contexts and expressions should produce different results, then document testable behavior for detecting racial bias across the United States, India, and other contexts.
