Starter Kit: Create lab environment

Take Two has good documentation in the repository. We would like your help to create a tutorial for new developers to run through and get the application running in a sandbox environment.

### Describe the solution you'd like
Lab that walks learner through TakeTwo solution and sets up dependencies to run the application.

### Tasks
- Follow the documentation and run the application​
- Sign into the [Author Workbench](https://author.skills.network/users/sign_in) with IBM ID
- If you don't have IBM Id, you can create one after clicking on the IBMid button.
- Once inside the work bench, link your GitLab account. You will have to create a [GitLab](https://about.gitlab.com/) account if you don't have one already.
- The lab is already created for you. Provide your email to the IBM mentor after completing the steps above to gain access.

### Acceptance Criteria
Functioning lab in the sandbox environment

Start by reading the repository documentation and following its application setup steps. Then review the example lab and the Author Workbench and GitLab workflow described in the issue. Done means a functioning sandbox lab that walks new developers through dependencies and running the application, with access provided after the listed account-linking steps.
