Create lab environment

### Background on the problem the feature will solve/improved user experience
Developers learn best by example and demonstration. We would like you to create a tutorial, or lab, for new developers to run through and get the application running in a sandbox environment. ​

### Describe the solution you'd like
Lab that walks learner through Open Sentencing solution and sets up dependencies to run the application.

### Tasks
- Follow the documentation and run the application​
- Sign into the [Author Workbench](https://author.skills.network/users/sign_in) with IBM ID
- If you don't have IBM Id, you can create one after clicking on the IBMid button.
- Once inside the work bench, link your GitLab account. You will have to create a [GitLab](https://about.gitlab.com/) account if you don't have one already.
- The lab is already created for you. Provide your email to the IBM mentor after completing the steps above to gain access.

### Acceptance Criteria
Functioning lab in the sandbox environment

Beginne mit der Dokumentation des Repositorys und dem verknüpften Legit Info-Beispiellabor. Überprüfe anschließend die Einrichtung der Open Sentencing-Anwendung und die Schritte zum Installieren der Abhängigkeiten. Das Labor sollte neue Entwickler durch den Prozess mit dem Author Workbench und der Verknüpfung mit GitLab führen und in einer funktionierenden Anwendungssandbox resultieren.
