Check whether a discord tag has been used already

One discord account can currently be used to link multiple minecraft accounts

Start by locating the Discord-to-Minecraft account linking flow in the Java Spigot plugin and inspect how existing links are stored or checked. Reproduce linking multiple Minecraft accounts from one Discord account, then verify that duplicate Discord tags are rejected while valid links still work.
