Description
For the ROMS support to be complete, we should:
- [ ] add model data to zenodo repo
- [ ] update download_tutorial_data.py to support flags to download ROMS or MOM6
- [ ] update install.sh to support flags to download ROMS or MOM6

Start with download_tutorial_data.py and install.sh, then inspect how existing MOM6 tutorial data is stored and downloaded.
