Description

These modules do not conform to our current standards with respect to variable names and return types. Additional, I am considering removing the InfectionInitializationProcess class, as I think it may be an unnecessary level of abstraction.

Research direction

Start by locating the InfectionInitializationMethod and InfectionInitializationProcess modules and reviewing the project's current standards for variable names and return types. Determine whether InfectionInitializationProcess is still needed, then confirm that the modules meet the naming and return-type standards and that the abstraction decision is reflected in the relevant tests or usage sites.
