Broken Qualification Task Link (Taskserver 3)

### Description
The "Qualification Task" link for Taskserver 3 on the CCExtractor GSoC 2026 page is returning a **404 error**.

### Steps to Reproduce
1. Go to: https://ccextractor.org/public/gsoc/2026/taskserver
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page
3. Click on "Qualification Task"

### Expected Behavior
The link should open the qualification task page.

### Actual Behavior
The page loads but returns a **404 Not Found** error.

### Additional Context
This does not appear to be a network issue. Other pages load correctly, and the 404 indicates the link is broken or the page is not available.
