Sync settings enabled even if sync server configurations are not set

### Describe your issue

user should not able to toggle Sync Settings without first configuring TaskServer.
In my opinion the sync settings should be disabled if config of any one taskServer is not set,And prompt user to set them

### Steps to reproduce

_navigation_
1.open the app
2.click on menu (top right)
**IMPORTANT** -remove, if any previously created profile/taskServer (remember you cant remove default "New Alias")
3.Click on settings
4. And you will able to set sync on Start and Sync on task create (again which should not be allowed if taskServer configs are not set to import user experience.

Should prompt user to set profile/taskServer

Commencez par l’écran Settings de l’application et suivez les contrôles Sync on Start et Sync on task create jusqu’à la configuration de TaskServer/profil. Reproduisez le flux après avoir supprimé les profils autres que le profil par défaut, puis vérifiez qu’une configuration indisponible désactive les contrôles ou invite l’utilisateur à configurer un TaskServer.
