Support AWS S3 task sync

### Describe your improvement idea or feature request

The primary suggested sync approach in Taskwarrior 3 seems to be Goggle GCS or AWS S3.

It would be great if the Android app supported this approach.

Add `sync.aws.*` (and `sync.gcp.*`) to the App taskrc.
