[BUG] Window overlaps the Start Menu on startup

On Windows 11, upon running CCExtractor GUI, the window is overlapping the Start Menu, *which is at the top of the screen*, not the bottom as usual.

Es wird keine Quelldatei, kein Test und keine vollständige Reproduktionsanleitung genannt. Reproduziere das Startverhalten unter Windows 11 mit oben positioniertem Start Menu und verfolge anschließend die Platzierung des Flutter-Desktop-Startfensters. Fertig ist die Arbeit, wenn die GUI beim Start nicht mehr das Start Menu überlappt.
