Using Windows 11 Pro Powershell / winget to download the latest version of NETworkManager. After that update the "IP Scanner" hangs searching the network. This has been a problem for years.

2. enter "winget upgrade --all"
3. NETworkManager upgraded
4. Click desktop shortcut for NETworkManager
5. Click thru initial start screen
6. Click IP Scanner
7. IP scan starts and spinner appears forever

**NETworkManager version**: 2026.7.7.0

研究方向

Reproduce the hang from the reported Windows 11 Pro PowerShell steps, then start at the IP Scanner entry point and compare behavior before and after the winget upgrade. Done means the IP Scanner completes normally instead of leaving the spinner running indefinitely.
