描述
As a user of the Multi-Dielectric Energy Band Diagram Program, I need to be able to use it on newer operating systems.
**Acceptance Criteria:**
- [x] Given that I am downloading this program, when my computer has Windows 11, then the program installs and runs.
- [x] Given that I am downloading this program, when my computer has macOS 12 (Monterey), then the program installs and runs.
- [ ] Given that I am downloading this program, when my computer has macOS 14 (Sonoma), then the program installs and runs.
