Description
When converting a DREAM3D data container using DREAM3DToITKImageFilter, the data type of the data container must match the data type of the ITKImageFilter: [see here](https://github.com/BlueQuartzSoftware/ITKImageProcessing/blob/develop/ITKImageProcessingFilters/itkInPlaceDream3DDataToImageFilter.hxx#L122-L135)
In VerifyPreconditions(), types should be checked and an exception should be thrown if they are not matching.
