Stale local storage leads to 403 error when attempting to browse through bbp/atlas project

Description
**Describe the bug**
I could not browse through bbp/atlas using Chrome. I could using Incognito mode, or Firefox. In the console I see some requests that lead to a 403 code. Clearing the local storage solves the issue. I've sent the state of my local storage to @Dinika if ever it helps to identify the issue.
