Description

**The bug**
Properties that are not found in the context do not show when expanding them, they disappear.

**What part of Nexus is affected**
- [x] Fusion
- [ ] Delta
- [ ] CLI
- [ ] Documentation

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g. for Fusion:
1. Go to [this resource](https://bbp.epfl.ch/nexus/web/bbp/ncmv3/resources/https%3A%2F%2Fbbp.epfl.ch%2Fnexus%2Fv1%2Fresources%2Fbbp%2Fncmv3%2F_%2Fbd3b05fd-3e54-40f3-ab1c-0da5ad97f7ef)
2. Click on `Expand` and then `Fold`
3. See the list of properties
4. Then turn off the `Expanded` toggle
5. Click on `Fold` (without expanding)
6. Compare the list of properties when expanded, `emodel`, `iteration`, `ttype` are missing in the first case.

**Expected behavior**
Properties should always show, the lists should correspond to each other. Properties that are not in the context should use the `vocab` value of the resource' context

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue in the Fusion resource view using the linked resource, following the Expand, Fold, and Expanded-toggle steps. Compare the property lists in both states and verify that properties missing from the context remain visible using the resource context's vocab value.
