Steps to reproduce:
1. in a project, use the `Create and Upload` tab to create an Elasticsearch View
2. Navigate to the Query tab to test the view, notice that the new view isn't listed in the drop down list of views. You will need to refresh the page to see it appear.

Reproduce the issue using the Create and Upload tab, then navigate to Query and compare the view list before and after a page refresh. Trace how the Query tab loads its dropdown after a new ElasticsearchView is created; done means the new view appears without manually refreshing the page.
