Replace the akka-http-client

The akka stack is not open source anymore so we won't benefit from updates.
So we have to move to another http client (most likely http4s for its integration with our current stack)

Start by locating all uses of the akka HTTP client and reviewing how the current stack integrates with it. Evaluate the proposed http4s replacement in that context. Done means the existing client has been replaced throughout the project without losing current HTTP behavior, with the project's tests passing.
