Investigate form libraries for React

Fusion has historically been very light on user-input. As the focus of Fusion changes to support more user input a more robust form library would be useful to support validation etc.

* Decision taken on most appropriate library
* Library is used to implement an existing Fusion form and it's suitability confirmed
