Admin/Project: Name of filtered schema shown as URL

**Describe the bug**

In the Project view when I "filter for schema" for e.g. "files.json" it shows not the name "files.json" but the URL "https://bluebrain.github.io/nexus/schemas/files.json".

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g. for Fusion:
1. Go to some Admin -> Org -> Project
2. Click on "Filter by schema"
3. Select an entry

**Expected behavior**
When I choose the value "files.json" I expect that value to be shown in the box.

Start in the Fusion Admin → Org → Project view and reproduce the schema filter behavior described in Test Case TB19. Compare the selected schema label with the displayed URL, then verify that choosing “files.json” shows that name in the filter box.
