Resource Panel: ability to edit the name and description of the resource

**Description**
Ability to edit a resource and update its name and description.
The description plugin should be removed and the presentation of the description be integrated in the resource panel.
The application currently has a bit of logic with an ordered list of metadata fields for name (schema:name, rdfs:prefLabel?), the edit functionality should honour the currently used vocabulary. If none is currently used, pick the top priority one.
The Advanced View plugin would need to have its description tab removed.
The functionality that are available in to edit the description in the Advanced View plugin should be maintained:
- image upload support
- injection of values from JSON-LD using [[ ]] notation
Edit feature should only be available on the latest non deprecated revision of the resource.

Start by locating the Resource Panel, the description plugin, and the Advanced View plugin, then trace the existing ordered metadata-field logic and description editing behavior. Confirm the missing mockups and current logic before deciding the integration approach. Done means the Resource Panel edits name and description using the active vocabulary, preserves image upload and JSON-LD injection, removes the duplicate description UI, and limits editing to the latest non-deprecated revision.
