Error while creating the workspace for a project created to run Movie lens tutorial

An error occurred
Quotas for project 'github-users/ydineshy225' reached. Maximum resources allowed: '500'

**What part of Nexus is affected**
- [Yes ] Fusion
- [Yes ] Delta

**To Reproduce**
It would be great if tutorial documentation is clear with data or resource limits. If we follow the steps as it is also we get into these unexpected issues which not explained.

**Expected behavior**
Please make sure to have step by step explanation till the completion of the tutorial with expected errors and solutions.
