Ability to hard delete resources

Hi Blue Brain Nexus team,

We work with different clinics and hospitals where, to satisfy privacy requirements, we need the ability to delete data from Nexus without having to delete entire projects. Currently, we can deprecate resources but the resource is still available if we want to view the deprecated resources.

Is there a way we can delete that resource from blazegraph, elasticsearch? Possibly would need to delete from event store as well so that if someone replays the events, they don't see the deleted resources.
