Video plugin contents overflow container on smaller screens

**Describe the bug**
The video metadata and the video container itself overflow the resource panel if the screen size is reduced enough

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior, e.g. for Fusion:
1. Go to Nexus Fusion
2. Navigate to a resource where the Video plugin is enabled
3. Continue to reduce the width of the screen until the contents overflow the container

Observed in Nexus Fusion 1.6.0 and 1.7.0

**Expected behavior**
Contents should not overflow container. Contents should wrap onto the next line.
