Delta API review for Front end use cases (part 2)

Part 2
- Evaluate the architectural changes required to support an other API (separate component or layer above delta, delta plugin)
- Evaluate the cost of implementation and maintenance
- Evaluate if the lost update (revisions) solution in Delta works with this new API
- See if the JSON-LD representation is supported in the evaluated solution
- Getting/Fetching resource through specific revisions or tag
- Evaluate how access control limits the view scope of the query response that is returned (e.g. resources READ on a project while you may not have project READ and not be able to traverse. What should happen then)

Expected outcome
- Written document exposing findings
- Presentation to the team
