Quick start guide - setup - configure the CLI - URL not valid

I try to follow the tutorial (with an Ubuntu VM).
As the setup stage, when running the command to create the profile, I get the following error message:
"Provided URL isn't valid or the service isn't responding: https://sandbox.bluebrainnexus.io/v1"
