A limited number of schemas are used to generate templates

I noticed that only the schemas when a `rdfs:Class` or the `sh:targetClass` are present, they can be found as `types` and used as `template`. I wonder if we could use a wider (more inclusive) criteria to make templates from `types`?
I mean, I would like to do `forge.template('Subject')` but subject/schema.json doesn't have a `Class` value.
