Hi!
I had the error of "sh: Cytoscapeviz.pl: command not found".
Is that because of something wrong with my installation?
This error result in the alert "FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'condensed.cytoscape.connections_1_DNA-1.tab'" .
