code for instantiating model

The documentation mentions this repository is the first step for creating generating the whole cortex model. Is there a plan to release the second step of process (ie. building a fully instantiated model from the recipe)? I've been browsing around the BBP organization and I couldn't find a repo for building the model?

I have access to hpc resources and ability to generate thalamic inputs and would be interested in building and simulating your mouse cortex model.
