update `keypress_issues`

It shouldn't create a new file every time. Let it not create any files at all. The researcher should run this function and save the output with `write_csv` every time. That is the only way someone will notice that there are changes. A copy of that file should then be used for the manual checking. The merging in case of new data is on the researcher.

Also, rename it. `keypress_issues`? That couldn't be more vague. It also misses a verb.

This should also be reflected in the template for target onsets for experiments with the parent saying the sentences.

Priority is low because we aren't running any experiments with parents saying the sentences.
