Make a new algorithm for understanding when we are in a group chat

So if you have an idea how to check if we are in a group chat that would be awesome. The best solution is the one where you don't depend on the language.

Read lines 138-156 of mainScript0_96.ahk to understand the existing chat-handling logic and how group chats are currently treated. Investigate a language-independent way to determine whether the bot is in a group chat; done means the bot reliably distinguishes group chats from individual chats without depending on the scripting language.
