When we use cache , we need to have a way to track the file to its original name , so that we don't keep caching the same file again and again.

Start by reviewing the cache manager's cache lookup and file metadata flow to determine where original names could be retained. Define how the option should identify an existing cached file and verify that repeated caching of the same file does not create another cache entry.
