Research direction

The report points to dart:io/file_impl.dart, package:file/src/forwarding/forwarding_file_system_entity.dart, and package:flutter_cache_manager/src/cache_store.dart, especially CacheStore._removeCachedFile. Start by tracing the delete call and determining how the missing path arises on iOS; done means the crash condition is reproducible or its handling is verified on the listed platforms.
