a way to setup the request timeout

I need setup a 5s max request timeout, I haven't found the api to do it

The issue does not name a file, test, or entry point. Start by locating the request and cache-manager configuration APIs, then check how network requests are made and whether an existing configuration object can carry a timeout. Done means callers can set a 5-second maximum request timeout and the behavior is covered by an appropriate test.
