not open file input files

Thank you very much for the code, it has helped me a lot. only the only problem I have is with the input files... it doesn't open :(

Start by reproducing the reported failure to open input files in the AndroidWebView application and inspect its WebView file-input handling. Clarify which input files and Android versions are affected; done means supported input files open successfully.
