SETSPEED

There should be an interface that allows the user to select the setspeed as a value between 20 and 140 km/h (in multiples of 10 km/h, endpoints included). The setspeed shall be displayed to the user as well. A value of 0 km/h shall indicate that the setspeed is not selected yet. With ignition on, the setspeed must not be set.

Test: Check that only with ignition on, the setspeed can be set. Check that the user can only set the speed as described within the bounds and as multiples of 10 km/h.
