Capture the Python UI calling analytics

#### Description:

The current static analytics field `{UI: "Python}` could be derived such that we can populate with call point of python , when used inside other applications.

Useful for us to be able to differentiate call points, to effectively answer 'who's using what where, when and for what'

Start by locating where the static analytics field {UI: "Python"} is created in the Python toolkit and trace how calls are recorded when Python is used inside other applications. Determine what call-point information is available and how it should be represented. Done means analytics can distinguish the relevant Python call points across applications.
