Integrate with Campus Calendars

We need an iCal feed that the campus calendar can pull our events from. The campus calendar will be implemented using LiveWhale.

We want to automatically submit events to Berea Engage. We need to:

- Add the ability to send events to Berea Engage using the Engage API without duplicates.
- Include a link to the Berea Engage event on our event page (and vice versa)
- Add a button to publish an already created event to Berea Engage

Do we want to exclude these event view routes from Duo auth?
- Exclude the event view routes from our authentication with Duo (Shibboleth)
- Improve the look of the event view for a non-authenticated user

Investigate two-way connection - can we get RSVP information from the API?
