Program Manager Roster

We need the concept of a roster for a program. This is a way for admins and program managers to view the students interacting with their program. They should be able to see who is attending their events, who is interested, who is trained, and any information about the student interaction.

- Create ProgramRoster view in db with categories

- Create page for list of students who interact with a program
- All interested, rsvp, event attendees broken down into categories
- Fully trained
- Interested + All volunteer
- Interested
- Banned
- Printable + export to excel
- Email some or all
- Create Event button that will auto-add Roster (choose categories?)

- Events should have an Add from Roster button like Add Past Volunteers

For now, this will be a read-only feature. It's possible they will want to curate these lists, and we will handle that later.

Definisci le categorie in sola lettura del roster e l’elenco degli studenti prima di pianificare l’esportazione, l’e-mail, l’output stampabile e l’integrazione con gli eventi. Il lavoro è completo quando gli amministratori e i responsabili dei programmi possono visualizzare il roster categorizzato e le azioni elencate funzionano senza modificare i membri del roster.
