Deploying Blazor WASM to Azure Static Web App from Visual Studio

Iam trying to deploy the Blazor WASM to Azure Static Web App using the publish => Azure => Static Web Apps option.

Static Web App is created .Successfully logged into Azure! But getting the below error while publishing.

Failed to setup project: EPERM: operation not permitted, open 'C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Preview\Common7\IDE\.env'

Unable to authenticate with Static Web App 'BlazorWASM'.

```

Reproduce the Visual Studio Publish → Azure → Static Web Apps flow for a Blazor WASM app and capture the .env permission and authentication failure. Inspect the project setup and authentication path involved in that flow; done means publishing succeeds without the EPERM error and the Static Web App authenticates.
