Sort the list of Subscriptions

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I'm always frustrated when I have to select a subscription. I have access to dozens of subscriptions and the CLI provides no type-down support and does not alphabetize the list.

I want type-down support and I want an alphabetized list of subscriptions.

Not sure of any alternatives.
