TestTCPNetworkConnection.sql no results

When I run this from my MI I get no results, pass or fail. Just the headers and 'Query executed successfully'. Would no results have a meaning?

If I run it from an on-prem host I get a result as expected.

Start with TestTCPNetworkConnection.sql and run it from both an Azure SQL Managed Instance and an on-premises host, comparing the headers and result behavior.
