Which repo is the "official" one?

Hello,

There seems to be two repositories for `Azure Database for PostgreSQL`. One here (where we are now ;) ) and one [here](https://github.com/Azure/azure-postgresql/issues).

1. Can we combine so we have only one point of code/contact?
2. If not, can we get some attention over at the other one?
- There are some issues there that could really use some official help
