Support for configuring the ServiceBus storage account so that a new connection string can be picked up without needing to restart DTF

We are looking for a way to configure the storage account in such a way that our DTF client can seamlessly pickup a new storage account connection string when the primary key rotates, without us having to recreate the client. Given that Azure Table storage does not yet support AAD authentication, one possibility could be passing in a callback method during configuration, which would allow us to write a function that retrieves the fresh connection string on a periodic basis.
